Marvin “AKA Billy” was born January 9, 1949 in Arizona to Ella Louise Belford. Billy was raised and lived in Blythe. He moved to Las Vegas, NV where he lived until his passing.
Billy leaves to mourn his passing two brothers; Luther Holley and Dennis Holley Sr. of Blythe, CA. Four sisters: Dr. Bonnie Holley of D.H.S. CA, Brenda Holley of Las Vegas, NV, Vertie Holley and Dorothy Holley, of Blythe, CA. His two daughters: Lisa Riggins and Tamika Sykes Riggins of Las Vegas, NV, and two sons Antwan Powells and Marvin “JR” Riggins of Indino, CA.
Marvin is preceded in death by his mother Ella Louise Holley and his father Luther James Holley Jr.
The Holley and Riggins family wish to thank everyone for their words of encouragement, prayers, and condolences. Due to COVID-19 there will be no services.
