Gerald “Jerry” Infalt (77) passed away on March 25, 2024 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas after complications of suffering a 20d stroke. He was born on September 23 1946 to Sylveria (nee Zigelbauer) and Clemens Infalt.
Jerry began his lifelong career of being a auto mechanic, first working at Ernie Von Schledorn, and then opened and ran his own successful mechanic business, Infalt Sales & Service, in Hartford for over 20 years. In addition to running his business, he also loved to help his friends with all of their building and remodeling projects. He also enjoyed spending lots of time with friends and being social including being on bowling and horseshoe leagues, being involved in the Hartford Lion’s Club, and the local snowmobile club.
Jerry is survived by his children, Michele (Shane) Bretza, Kim (significant other Anthony Basch) Infalt and Scott (Cody) Infalt, as well as his 6 grandchildren Trevor, Kylie, Avery, Peyton, Sofia and Elio. All who have which spent countless hours with him up north in Pickerel, Wl, enjoying boat rides, bonfires, golf cart rides and telling many stories and sharing lots of laughs, where everyone will cherish ALL of the wonderful memories with Dad/Grandpa. Jerry also enjoyed his winters in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Jerry will be forever remembered by his kids, grandkids, brother’s LeRoy (Donna) and Mark. His nieces, nephews, extended family and lots of friends in Hartford, Pickerel, and Lake Havasu City.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clemens and Sylveria Infalt, nephew Brad Callies, as well as some special friends.
The family is working on planning a celebration of life party where Jerry can be honored and celebrated and will share the details as they are available.
