We share a heavy heart of losing a beloved family member too soon. Shawn Michael Braley II was a very kind and patient son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin, and friend. He was devoted to his family and wanted to start his own family this 2023 year with the love of his life Angel. Shawn Michael Braley II left behind his biological parents, Shawn Michael Braley Sr., Francisca Juanita Braley, his stepmother Mona Acoba-Braley, his siblings Anna Taylor and Anthony Braley, his brother-in-law Brendon Taylor, and his adored nieces Lacia Taylor, Jasmine Taylor, and Sophie Taylor.
Shawn was patriotic and an Army Veteran. He enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, hiking, and off-roading. He enjoyed the peace and serenity of nature. He loved family get-togethers, especially when they involved the family going swimming in the summers. Shawn enjoyed writing poems in his free time, watching movies with his family, enjoyed bowling, and shooting targets in the Nevada Desert. He also loved bonding with his brother Anthony where he would have outings in nature or just hang out and have deep conversations about life. When Shawn would visit his sister Anna and her family, he would always enjoy spending time with his nieces, where he would play and act silly as much as he could with them.
Shawn was awkward, funny, and always liked to throw in tangential subjects within a conversation. He enjoyed the simple things in life. He was loved dearly by his family and will be wholly missed. Shawn is now at peace, probably golfing while waiting for the time that we will meet again.
